We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
